Full surface treatment
All the surface of the pieces or strip is concerned by the surface treatment. Special tools (masks) can be designed and used for metal distribution improvement when the surface treatment is metal electroplating.
Selective plating
- Positioning accuracy : up to ± 0.25mm.
- 3 technologies : tape masking, belt and drum, controlled depth.
Spot selective plating
- Positioning accuracy : ± 0.25mm.
- 3 technologies : tape masking, photoresist, spotter plating.
- Minimum size : from 0.25mm2 to 1.8mm².
